Our Specialties

Monday—Chicken Salad, $7.99
Our chicken salad features fajita chicken garnished in cilantro, shredded lettuce, rice, green onions, green peppers, pineapple, and sour cream. You can add guacamole for just $0.79 or substitute shrimp for the chicken for an additional $1.50

Tuesday—Rio Grande Burrito, $7.49
Our Rio Grande burrito is delicious shredded beef with sautéed onions and green peppers rolled in a flour tortilla and smothered with your choice of homemade red or cheese sauce. This wonderful meal is served with Spanish rice and refried beans.

Wednesday—El Paso Enchilada, $8.49
These 2 cheese enchiladas are covered in your choice of homemade red or cheese sauce and are served with two beef tacos in a corn shell, Spanish rice, lettuce, and sour cream.

Thursday—San Marcos Shrimp Salad, $9.99
Enjoy these grilled jump shrimp garnished in cilantro and served with shredded lettuce, rice, green onions, Mandarin oranges, and tortilla chips with a wonderful poppy seed dressing. All of these ingredients are served together in our fresh flour tortilla shell.

Friday—Chihuahua Chicken Burrito, $13.49
This meal features grilled fajita chicken rolled in a flour tortilla with Spanish rice, sautéed onions, and green peppers. It is then grilled to perfection in our homemade red sauce and served with lettuce and beans.

Friday Night—Baja Sizzle, $13.49
Take one 8-oz. top sirloin steak, four jumbo grilled shrimp, and Spanish rice smothered in homemade red sauce and serve it with Texas toast and a Mexican salad to create this meal to remember.

Rio Grande Wrap, $8.49
This rum marinated fajita chicken meal is grilled and rolled in our flour tortilla along with fresh lettuce, green onions, bacon, guacamole, tomatoes, and a ranch dressing dip. We serve it with a side of lettuce and salsa salad.

Saturday Night—Jalisco Combo, $10.99
One of the best meals at one of the best prices, our Jalisco combo comes with an 8-oz. top sirloin and a homemade chicken enchilada smothered in Chihuahua cheese sauce. We serve it with a side of Spanish rice, Texas toast, and a Mexican salad.
